Creating and Using Review Methods
If you're interested in using the review process for workspace requirement submissions, you can follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your account and click Workspace Tools on the left-hand side of the screen to access the workspace template.
2. Click on Tab 3: Review Methods tab.
3. Select Each Requirement Reviewed Individually. Click Save & Continue.

Search for Work
As a Reviewer, when using the View all Submissions link of your home page to view submissions by Workspace, you can search for work from a specific Participating Area or search for multiple Participating Areas.
To select a specific Participating Area
Enter Name (all or part) of the Participating Area in the box provided and click the Search button.

Review Submitted Work
To access a submitted Requirement, click Review. The system navigates to the Review area. In the Review area, there are two (2) tabs: View Work and Review History.
The View Work tab shows you work submitted by the selected Participating Area.
If a form is used as part of work submission, you are able to view the form in two (2) ways: Open Below and Open Full Size.
Add a File to a Review
Reviewers may have the ability to add a file to their reviews.
Note: if the option does not display, your institution has decided not to use this feature for this particular workspace. This setting is made on a workspace-by-workspace basis.

Decide What to do With Review
When you reach the end of your review, you'll need to decide what to do with it.
Send Back for Revision
To give the Participating Area an opportunity to revise the work prior to scoring, click Send back for revision. When Send back for revision is used, the report is sent back as a provisional review.

View All Submissions by Workspace
When you select the View all Submissions link in the left panel of your home page, you are navigated to My Workspaces: a list of Workspaces in which you are enrolled as a Reviewer and/or for which you have Review Manager permissions. From here, you or begin Review activity.
Each Workspace is described by name and by the Workspace Template with which it is associated.
Cancel a Review

Workspace Review Grid
For the Workspace you selected, the Workspace Review grid displays the categories and requirements with statuses for each Participating Area that meets your search criteria. The same basic grid display is used whether you have accessed the page as a Reviewer (from the View and Review Submissions link) or as a Review Manager (from the Manage Reviews link).
Export View All Submissions Grid
You can export data from the View All Submissions work grid to Excel ,to save the results to your computer for archiving, or to conduct further analysis or manipulation of the information. You may opt to either immediately view the exported report on screen or save the file (without opening) to view or use at a later time.
