Results Home is an easy-to-use, interactive, and insightful reporting experience. Faculty with access to reports will now have a centralized place for their reporting needs. Results Home will be available by default to new customers. Existing customers can Submit A Request to have Results Home enabled in their account.
As of the September 2024 release, Results Home will be enabled for all user types who access reports at your institution. Once released, this feature can be disabled for all or certain roles by navigating to Account > Permissions and enabling/disabling the WatermarkLabs - Results Home row by Role.
NOTE: As a Watermark Labs release, this feature will continue to evolve. We welcome feedback on what you think works well and where you think we can improve this functionality. It is currently only available in English. If you have feedback, please submit an Idea in the The Watermark Ideas Portal
Results Home can be accessed by navigating to Results > Results Home
Users with access to reports will now have a visual representation of their reports and the purpose of each report to help them identify which report they should run. NOTE: Only reports made available to your users will appear in this section. If your school allows more reports than will fit on the main page, the user can click View All Report Types to see the full list.
Clicking any of the reports will take the user to that report in the system where they can make selections and generate the report.
Users will also have a Project Spotlight area wherein they can choose to view results for a specific project, course(s), and question.
-
Users will be able to select the Project where they wish to see data
-
Filter by Courses - the user can select all courses or specific courses within the selected Project
-
Response Rates - the user will see the response rates for the selected course(s)
-
Questions - The user can select the question for which they wish to review the feedback
Qualitative Analysis
Customers utilizing the Results Home feature have the opportunity to incorporate Qualitative Analysis (sometimes called Text Analytics) for text-based questions at no extra cost. This optional feature is intended to enable faculty to effectively utilize data collected for a specific, non-team-taught Write-In question type. Customers must have the Results Home feature enabled to utilize the Qualitative Analysis feature.
There is an approval process to get the Qualitative Analysis feature enabled in your account. You can reach out to your Client Success Manager (CSM), who will help navigate the approval process. If you are not sure who your Client Success Manager is, you can Submit A Request to Support and they will let you know who the CSM is for your organization.
- Questions - Select a Write In question type from the list of survey questions in the dropdown box
- Summary - The Summary section serves as a synopsis of the comments received. This section will distill the essence of the feedback, highlighting the main themes expressed by the respondents. By providing a succinct summary, users will be able to quickly grasp the overall sentiment of the feedback without having to sift through each individual comment.
- Sentiment Analysis - A Sentiment Analysis graph will display the data in percentages, categorizing the responses into four distinct groups: Positive, Mixed, Neutral, and Negative. The visual representation of this data will allow users to easily interpret the overall sentiment of the comments at a glance.
