If I update a measure, will that measure change in previous plans even though previous plans are marked Complete?
Yes. If you're changing the definition of a measure, it will change across the board wherever that measure is being used. If you are making fundamental changes, we would suggest creating a new measure in the current year rather than editing the previous one.
