Marking a Plan Complete/Re-opening a Plan

An administrator can choose to change a plan status to Complete even if data has not been entered. You can mark a plan complete by following these steps.

From the left hand side, click Plans and click the More Options ellipses next to the plan title.

The Plans page showing a plan row with its menu open, displaying options for Edit Plan Settings and Mark as Complete.

Choose Mark as Complete and the status will change to Complete. You'll also receive a notification at the bottom of the page.

The confirmation banner showing the message 'Non Instructional Plan 2018–2019 marked as Complete' with a close button on the right.

Once a plan is marked complete, organizations will no longer be able to enter data.

Note: Any organization that has already submitted their plan will still be able to be reviewed even after the plan is marked Complete, if there is an Assessment Plan Review in place.

To reopen a plan, you can follow the same steps, except you are select Re-open as shown below.

The Plans page showing a completed plan row with its menu open, displaying a Re‑open option.
