This article explains the process for generating and downloading comparative data reports for institutions that have an Advanced Canvas or D2L integration.
PDF Export of Comparative Reports
A capability to obtain comparison data for Canvas and D2L users has been added. A PDF report can be downloaded with all details, charts, and analysis in one place.
How to Download a PDF Report
- After adding results to a measure, click Add Filters to add specific filters to the comparative report.
Select filters and click Apply Filters.
- Click Compare Data to breakdown the filters by category.
- Locate the Download Results button and click it to begin generating a report.
- Once clicked, a message will appear: "Your report will download automatically when ready."
View Comprehensive PDF: The PDF report includes:
- Comparison charts
- Aggregate charts
- Analysis and actions
- Plan titles, organization names, and outcome measures
This simplifies the process of obtaining focused comparison reports in PDF format.
