Modifying a Sent Field Experience Binder

Revising Binder Name

  1. To change the name of a sent binder, navigate to the 2nd Field Experience sub-tab on the side menu (see #1 in the graphic below).
  2. Select the box next to the binder whose name you wish to edit (#2 in the graphic below).
  3. Click the pencil icon (#3 in the graphic below)–this will open a window wherein you can make revisions to the binder name.

Revising Release Dates

  1. To change the release dates associated with Field Experience Forms in a binder, navigate to the 2nd Field Experience sub-tab on the side menu (see #1 in the graphic below).
  2. Select the binder containing the release dates you wish to revise.
  3. Once inside the binder, navigate to the 3rd tab, which shows the name you gave to your binder (see #2 in the graphic below).
  4. In the Field Experience Forms section, locate the due date that you wish to revise, then click on the blue date. (#3 in the graphic below). A new window will appear.

  5. In this window, select the new date and click “update.”

Deleting a Binder

Entire Course

  1. To delete a binder for the entire course, check the box next to the Field Experience Name and clickTrash ButtonTrash Button.
  2. To edit binder due date(s) for the entire course, click on the due date from the Field Experience list.
    1. Click on the Due Date(s) for the binder; select a new due date and time.
    2. Click Update.

Individual Student

  1. To delete a binder for an individual student, click on the name of the field experience binder that was sent to the student.
    1. Check the box next to the student’s name and clickTrash ButtonTrash Button.
  2. To edit the binder due date(s) for an individual student, click on the name of the field experience binder that was sent to the student.
    1. Click on the student you wish to grant an extension.
    2. Click on the Due Date(s) tab on the right half of the split screen.
    3. Click Edit Due Date button
    4. Select a new due date and time.
    5. Click Update.

Add Additional Administrators

  1. Click the name of the Field Experience Binder.
  2. Click the Binder Administrators tab.
  3. Click Add button.
  4. Search for the administrator using the search field.
  5. Check the box next to the user you would like to add as an additional administrator.
