Notify Students & Assessors

After placing your students and assessors for the upcoming field experience, you may want to notify them all at one time. Use the following steps to notify members of the student placement:

  1. Click Placements in the Field Experience side menu.
  2. Enter the parameters for the desired placement(s) (course number, term, etc.), then click Search.
  3. A list of all students who have been placed for the specified parameters will be displayed. The far right column shows notification status. Select each of the placements you wish to notify by checking the box on the far left, then click the Notify button.
  4. On the next screen, select which members of the placement(s) will be notified, then click the Notify button.
