Administrators can view assessment plan reports by selecting Plans and choosing a plan. Reports show Progress by Organization with statuses like In Progress or Complete, and a Report link appears for started organizations. The report includes Measures, Results, Actions, and updates, with accessible files in HTML and PDF formats.
Administrators have the ability to view assessment plan reports for each organization.
To view an assessment plan report, click Plans on the left hand panel and click into a plan.
The plan will display the Progress by Organization. The status can be In Progress, or Complete and a Report link will appear next to each organization. If the organization is showing as Not Started, there won't be a report option. Click Report next to the organization.
The Assessment Plan Report will show Measures, Results, Actions and any updates that were added to the measure-level actions and General Outcome Actions. Action update files and attachments are accessible in both the HTML and PDF assessment plan reports.
