Results Feedback

This feature supports a dialogue about results between instructors and administrators. Here, after review of results, instructors can send comments to their department chair or administrator. Also, administrators can review the results for those instructors they oversee, and then provide feedback to each of their instructors.

You can access results feedback on a course-by-course basis within Project Results or search for feedback for all projects and courses within Results Feedback under the Results tab.

Access Results Feedback

To access Results Feedback for all courses and projects:

  1. Click on the Results tab.
  2. Select Results Feedback.
  3. Use project, course or hierarchy level search criteria to search for feedback.
  4. Select New Only option to view only new feedback.
  5. Click Search.
  6. View list administrator's and instructor's feedback for course(s) based on your search criteria.
  7. Click on the Reply link to respond to feedback (4000 character limit, with spaces).
  8. Click Export to PDF to export the feedback to PDF. The Results Feedback page showing a Search section with fields for Project, Course Code, Course Title, and Course Unique ID. To access Results Feedback for all courses and projects:

  1. Click on the Results tab.
  2. Select Project Results.
  3. Select the project from the project results list.
  4. Click on Click on By Course Sections or By Instructors tab.
  5. Filter to find desired course section.
  6. Click on View icon by course information.
  7. Click on Feedback.
  8. View administrator's and instructor's feedback on this course.
  9. Type feedback into text box (4000 character limit, with spaces).
  10. If you would like this feedback to also be Emailed:

    1. Before clicking Submit, click on Change link next to Your feedback will be emailed to X people.
    2. Select users to Email feedback to or add additional Emails in text box below.
    3. Click Save.
    4. Your feedback will be emailed to X people will be updated.
  11. Click Submit.
  12. Feedback will appear in feedback window with user's name and time stamp.
