Create a Degree Plan
Degree Plans are used by the Administrators to create a plan for a specific Major.
- Click on Administration in the side menu.
- Click on Form Builder located in the side menu below.
- Click on Create New Form.
Create New Form
- Enter a Name, Description, and Instructions for the form.
Create New Form – General Information Entry
- Check the Context(s): Degree Plan
- Select all that apply: Make the form active, public, and a key assessment.
- Select active in order to make the form available for use.
- Select public if you want to make the form available to all other users.
- Select key assessment if you want to mark the degree plan as a key assessment.
- Select the Organization(s) for which this Degree Plan will be available.
- Update the name of instance:
- Check the box next to the name of the instance.
- Click on Rename.
- Click on Custom Form sub-tab.
- Enter the question entries in the form.

- Click Create.

Align a Degree Plan with a Major
Administrators have to align the Degree Plan with a Major before Advisors can use degree plans to track student’s progress through their Majors and to advise students.
- Click on Administration in the side menu.
- Click on Majors located in the side menu below.
- Click on the name of the Major to which you would like to align the Degree Plan.
- Check the appropriate Degree Plan.
Select Degree Plan
- Click Update.
