Enter Results and Analysis
This section allows for you to enter results and analysis on your unit level goals/outcomes/objectives and reflect on the data collected throughout your strategic planning period.
Note: The form for Results and Analysis is configurable under Administration DBE Builder Type: Strategic Results and Actions DBE.
To access Results and Analysis go to Planning Strategic Planning Results and Analysis.
Enter Data
To enter results and analysis:
1. Access the Planning side menu item to access the Strategic Planning top horizontal menu, and then select Enter Data under Results and Analysis in the drop down menu.
2. Select the organization for which you would like to enter data from the Organization drop down.
3. Select the strategic planning period from the Strategic Planning Period drop down.
4. All goals/outcomes/objectives for the selected organization and strategic planning period will display here. Choose the goal/outcome/objective for which you would like to enter data by clicking on the hyperlink text of that goal.
5. You can view all of the action items associated with this goal by clicking on the Action Items sub tab.
6. Fill out the form and select the appropriate Data Entry Status at the end of the form.
7. Click the Save and Close button.
View Previously Entered Data
To enter results and analysis:
1. Access the Planning side menu item to access the Strategic Planning top horizontal menu and then select Browse under Results and Analysis in the drop down menu.
2. Select the organization for which you would like to view data from the Organization drop down.
3. Select the strategic planning period from the Strategic Planning Period drop down.
4. All goals/outcomes/objectives for the selected organization and strategic planning period and the related institutional directions/goals will display here. Choose the goal/outcome/objective for which you would like to view data by clicking on the hyperlink text of that goal.
5. Click on the Action Items sub tab to view action items associated with the selected goal.
