Submitting a Budget Request & Reviewing a Processed Request
Budget Requests provide an outlet for you and your strategic planning stakeholders to track approved expenditures that are linked directly to action items.
Submit a Budget Request
1. Go to the Planning side menu item and select Strategic Planning in the top horizontal menu. In the drop down menu select Budget and then click Create Request.
2. Select the appropriate organization and planning cycle from the Organizations and Planning Cycle drop down menus.
3. To pull in previously created budget items into your budget request, click on Pull Budget Items from Action Planning.
4. From the list of previously created budget items, select the relevant budget items by placing a check mark in the box to the right of the items. Then click Add to add the selected items to your budget request.
5. Click Save and Close to save your budget request and return to it at a later time. Or click Submit Budget Request to submit your budget for processing.

Review a Processed Budget Request
1. Go to the Budget side menu and click on Budget Requests. Any requests that you have previously created will appear there in a table.
2. Use the Status column header to identify budget requests that have been processed. A status of Processed indicates that the budget request has been processed..
3. Click on the title of the budget request. From this screen, you can review Approval Status, Total Amount Requested, and Amount Approved.
