Creating a SWOT Analysis

A SWOT Analysis a study undertaken by an organization to identify its internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as its external opportunities and threats. The Strategic Planning functionality provides your organization with a space to store and print the results of these studies. 

1. Go to the Planning tab in the side menu and then select Strategic Planning in the top horizontal menu.  In the drop down menu, click on SWOT Analysis and then Edit/Create.

2. Click on the drop down menu and select the organization for which you would like to create a SWOT Analysis.

3. Click on the Add New button.

4. Enter a title for the SWOT Analysis in the Title text box.

5. To add a Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, or Threat, click on a green button with a plus sign.

6. To delete a Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, or Threat, click on the red button with a minus sign.


Save: This will save the SWOT Analysis.

Cancel: This will exit the user from the SWOT Analysis without saving
