FAQ: Can an Evaluator evaluate work from a student whose account has expired?

Yes, students with inactive Taskstream accounts can still be evaluated, but they will not automatically display in the evaluation grid.

To find work submitted by an inactive subscriber, please follow the steps below:

1. From your homepage, select the name of the DRF program where you are completing evaluations. 
2. At the bottom of the search screen, when selecting the categories of your program to evaluate, check the Include inactive (expired) subscribers in search results box to include submissions from inactive students in your results.

The evaluation grid will now include students whose Taskstream subscriptions have expired. Their names will be listed with "Inactive" in red beside them.

 

Note: A student's account must be active in order to submit work, re-submit work, or to be enrolled into a DRF program. Students can access their scores from an inactive account by following these directions:
