Test Score Import Setup and Evaluation

  1. To begin, log into your account with TS Coordinator access.
  2. Select TS Coordinator from the navigation bar at the top of the screen.

  3. Select the DRF Template Builder link and then select the name of the DRF Template you would like to edit.

  4. If you are creating a new Test/GPA requirement, hover your mouse over a category and select the downward face arrow. A menu will appear where you may select either Test or Exam or GPA. After you make a selection, enter a title for your new requirement.

  5. Once your new requirement has been added to your DRF Template, select the Evaluation tab to define the import parameters.

  6. In the Evaluation tab, select Define Import Parameters for your Test/Exam, or GPA.

  7. On the next page, you will be asked to enter a maximum score that may be entered by an Evaluator or Evaluation Manager. You will also have the option to enter an ID/Description. Once you’ve entered a maximum score, select Apply Changes.

Importing Scores into Taskstream LAT by Watermark

  1. When you’re ready to import test scores, log into your account with Evaluator access and select the DRF Program in which you’d like to import scores.

  2. Select the groups and/or search criteria on the next page and then click Continue at the bottom of the page. The next page will display the evaluation grid with all the students you have access to. Locate the test/exam or GPA and select the Import button.

  3. On the next page, select the Auto-Generate Template button at the upper right-hand corner. This will open a pop- up window which will display all the students who will be included in the template. You may uncheck any names on this list. Once you’ve reviewed the list of students, select the Generate Template button.

  4. After you’ve selected Generate Template, open the downloaded template in Microsoft Excel. Enter the test/exam scores or GPAs in the Value/Score column. If you are entering test/exam scores, enter the date the student took the test/exam in the Date column. If you are entering GPAs, enter the date that the GPA was last valid in the Date column instead.

  5. Once you’ve entered all your scores/GPAs and dates, save the spreadsheet on your computer as a CSV file.

  6. Return to LAT and select the Choose File button to browse for your saved file. Once you’ve selected your file, click the Import File button.

  7. The next page will display the data that can be imported. You may unselect any students on this page. This page will also display any errors in red text. Once you’ve reviewed the data, select Import.

  8. After you select the Import button, you will be navigated to a confirmation screen with the number of rows that were successfully processed.
