A rubric created in Taskstream can be used an evaluation method in a DRF program. The rubric must be attached to the DRF template as an evaluation method.
To attach a rubric to your DRF Template, follow the directions below:
1. Go to TS Coordinator in the top navigation bar and click DRF Template Builder

2. Click the name of the template that you'd like to attach the rubric to
3. Select tab 3, Evaluation
4. Click the Assign Evaluation Method button next to the appropriate requirement
5. From the Advanced Evaluation Methods, select Rubric
6. On the next screen, select an existing rubric OR click Go to Rubric Wizard to create one
7. Once you’ve chosen your rubric, select the criterion preferences, final scoring method, rubric visibility, and optional notes to the Evaluator
8. Click Apply Changes
9. On the next screen you must assign the scale for the rubric, making sure the highest values correspond to the best scores

Note: It is important to check that the highest value has the highest point value assigned. Please double check this as it is difficult to change after evaluations have begun.
10. When finished, click Save and Return
11. A pop-up window will appear, requiring that you confirm that the best performance level corresponds to the highest value. See this article if no pop-up window appears: Enabling Pop-up Windows in Taskstream
12. Once confirmed, click Continue – Scores/Values are Correct
The rubric will now be attached to the specified requirement, bringing you back to the Evaluation tab of the DRF Template.
