It is possible to make DRF requirements invisible to students who have not yet been evaluated and/or all future program participants. Similarly, you can also hide requirements from evaluators. This can be done by following the steps below:
1. Click the TS Coordinator button in the top navigation bar.
2. Click the DRF Programs link.
3. Select the program you wish to modify.
4. Click tab 2, DRF Template.
5. The Author Visibility of DRF column will be at the far right. Click Edit to restrict access to appropriate Authors.
6. If you wish for the DRF Requirement to be hidden for all Authors who will work in this program in the future, click the checkbox for this preference for future enrollment.
7. For current program participants, you may check the boxes in front of the names of any Author for anyone who has not yet been evaluated on the requirement.
8. Click the Apply Changes button to save this setting.
Please note that this capability is not available if evaluation occurs at the category level.
