Placement Management - Change Placement Statuses in Bulk

Bulk Status change for Placement Status

 

1. On the placement dashboard, click the BULK STATUS CHANGE button on the right side of the screen

After clicking on the BULK STATUS CHANGE button, a window will be displayed on the screen with "DRAFT" and "SCHEDULED" placements only.

If a current term has no placements with “DRAFT” or “SCHEDULED” statuses, the system will display an empty state message.

2. Select all placements that would you would like to update the status for

3. Click NEXT

4. Select the desired status to which you would like to move the selected placements: Draft, Published, or Scheduled

5. Click the CHANGE STATUSES button

NOTE: If you select the “Scheduled” status from the status drop-down, the system will display the Schedule Date and Time options

If you try to change the student placement status to “Publish” for which no placement details are available, then the system will display an error message:
