Students phone numbers can often change. By clicking on a student record, you are able to view a student’s last verified phone number directly under their person ID.
The check mark directly next to the phone number indicates that this number being displayed was the last verified number used to contact the student.
When hovering over the checkmark indicator, users are able to see who and when the phone number was last verified.
If the last verified number needs to be updated, click on the phone icons displayed beside the numbers listed in the person record Profile tab.
To change the "last verified number", uncheck Verified on the old number and check Verified on the new verified number.
The new "last verified phone number" will become the number that appears in the student’s profile under the student Id.
This will become the last verified number that appears on a student’s profile for others to use.
