Action Plans

Action Plan

An Action Plan is simply a group of Impact Tasks in a multi-step process. This is helpful when multiple tasks are needed to be completed in order to accomplish a larger goal. To apply an action plan to a student record users will need to click Add Action Plan under the task tab in a student profile.

The Tasks page showing the Active tab selected with three tasks listed. Visit Financial Aid shows In Progress with a start date and due date. Two Advisor Assignment from Admissions tasks show Not Started. Each task row shows assigned person details on the right and checkboxes on the left. The Add Task and Add Action Plan buttons appear at the top.

This will then allow users to select the appropriate Action plan to assign to the student.

The Assign Action Plan pop‑up showing the Choose an Action Plan Template dropdown set to New Student Orientation, a template description displayed below, and Assign and Cancel buttons at the bottom.

The assignee of the Action Plan can then view progress as the person that was assigned completes tasks within that plan.

The New Student Check List page showing the People that can help section with two staff contacts listed, followed by a Resources section linking to Academic Planning. Below, one task titled Advisor Assignment from Admissions appears with the status Not Started and an assigned student on the right.
