Enhancements

Bulk assign faculty to career paths without case sensitivity in title validation

Administrators and faculty can now bulk assign users to career paths in Faculty Success with case-insensitive title validation. This update ensures career path titles are recognized regardless of capitalization during bulk import, reducing errors.

For detailed steps on formatting your import file, refer to Assigning Faculty to Career Paths.

Reason for Removing a Base Event from Faculty Timelines

Administrators can provide a 500 character reason when removing a non-recurring base event from a faculty member’s timeline. This ensures transparency by showing the faculty member why the event was removed.

Mandatory Events for Career Paths

To ensure data integrity and provide meaningful milestones for faculty, administrators must add at least one event to a career path before you can save or publish it. This change prevents the creation of incomplete records and ensures consistent reporting across Faculty Career Pathways.

For more information on adding events to career path, visit Creating a Career Pathway.
