Simplified Faculty Success Menu Navigation
Faculty members using the new Faculty Experience within Faculty Success will now experience a cleaner side menu with the removal of the redundant CV Imports link. The CV Import functionality remains fully accessible directly within the Add Activity workflow in My Profile, maintaining smooth access to data entry tools while streamlining overall site navigation.
Expand and Collapse All Activity Sections
Faculty members can now quickly manage their My Profile Activity View in Faculty Success using the new Expand All and Collapse All controls. By opening or closing every section at once, faculty with extensive profiles can easily navigate their information and reduce manual scrolling when reviewing or updating their records.

Enhanced Candidate Search
Administrators using the Candidate Selection tool in Reviews, Promotion, and Tenure will now find all matching candidates during name searches, even if an individual lacks an assigned department or organizational data path (ODP) value. Previously, candidates missing these primary appointment values were excluded from filtered search results, which could lead to missing valid participants.
This update delivers comprehensive and reliable search results, allowing administrators to seamlessly manage review schedules regardless of individual data record completeness.
