Faculty Accomplishments

Enhancements

AI Parsing Updates

Faculty members can now review and manage AI-parsed records faster with an improved side-by-side interface and enhanced date processing. Key updates include aligned fields for visual comparison, intuitive save/cancel actions, loading status feedback, and smarter date parsing—reducing manual cleanup and making record-keeping effortless.

Clearer Record Tags in AI Parsing

Faculty members can now spot new and updated records faster during AI imports. Clear "New" and "Different" tags appear directly on incoming data, making it easy to compare changes and review records quickly.

Faculty Career Pathways

Enhancements

Faculty Timeline Base Event — Lands on Selected Date

When administrators add a Timeline Base Event to a faculty member's Career Timeline, the event now reliably stays on the selected date rather than shifting due to existing events. This ensures timeline dates remain accurate for downstream calculations and reporting.

Gender Column Added to Faculty Composition Drilldowns

The Career Type and Type & Rank drilldown tables now include a dedicated Gender column to give administrators immediate access to faculty demographic attributes. Additionally, the Hire Date column has been removed from these specific drilldown views.

Race/Ethnicity Column Added to Faculty Composition Drilldowns

Race and/or Ethnicity column has been added to the Career Type and Type & Rank drilldown tables in Faculty Composition, positioned immediately after Gender. This allows administrators to view demographic details directly within the drilldown view without needing to export data.
