Dashboard for Assessment Plan and Assessment Findings

At the top of your Analytics dashboard, you will see metrics that help you track your measures and assessment results:

The Assessment cycle page showing sections for Total Participating Areas and Total Outcomes. First section showing counts for areas with Outcome, Measure, Findings, linked Actions, and linked Status Reports, each with progress bars. Second section showing counts for outcomes with Measures, Findings, linked Actions, and linked Status Reports, each with progress bars.

In the first graphic, you will see data according to how many participating areas have documented outcomes, measures, findings, linked Actions, and Status reports. In the second graphic, you will see the total number of Outcomes selected for your chosen cycle, and how many of those outcomes have Measures, Findings, linked Actions, and Statuses. Please note, that this only shows information for linked Actions, which means Actions that are tied to Findings.

The Created section showing counts for Outcomes, Measures, Findings, linked Actions, and linked Status Reports displayed in separate circular icons.

Below this, you can also view a graphical representation of your benchmark achievement with a color-coded key for the status of each benchmark associated with an assessment finding for that assessment cycle. There is also a total budget request number for actions related to these findings next to the pie chart:
