This video will explore the operational plan summary and detail report.
1. Log in to your AMS account. Navigate to At-a-Glance Oversight on the left-hand side of the screen. Click the participating area that is listed under At-a-Glance Oversight as this represents the highest affiliation for which you have been given reporting access.
2 On the right-hand side of screen, click Operational Plan Summary.
3. Select the workspace you would like to report on from the drop-down menu.
4. Select the assessment plan you would like to pull findings from. Select filters, if desired. Click Continue.
5. Select how you want your information on your report displayed. Click Continue.
When exploring the report, the gray space shows the parameters listing what workspace is being used, the operational plan template, and when the report was generated. Visual controls are in the purple area. At the top right corner, you can print the report, export it to PDF, or export to Word. In the top section, you have the overall statistics and charts of all participating areas. If you want more information on an outcome, click View Operational Plan Detail by Outcome.
