When your campus Workflow Administrator launches a schedule that includes you as a candidate, a submission is generated for your review process. This submission can be accessed and monitored using one of the following methods:

  1. Workflow utility: Submissions involving you as a candidate and reviewer are displayed as tasks within the Inbox and History table of your Workflow utility. You can access the workflow utility by logging in to Faculty Success and selecting "Workflow" from the navigation bar.

The Inbox table displays tasks that require action from you as a candidate or reviewer where you need to submit to these tasks for the review process to continue. The History table displays completed tasks. Only tasks in which you were involved as a candidate and have completed status will remain here. Submissions in which you were included as a reviewer for other candidates review processes will also appear in the History table until the status of their submission changes to completed or they are cancelled.

To learn more about these tables, what actions can be made from the History table and how to determine the status of a submission, refer to this article

  2. Submissions: If you campus Workflow Administrator has granted you permission, you can view submissions in which you are a candidate, as well as those involving other candidates within your purview (both active and completed), using the Submissions table.

Permission to access this table is typically granted when you need to review and monitor submissions for other candidates. When granted access, clicking on the Workflow utility from the navigation bar will present you with the options "Tasks" to go to your Submissions Inbox or "Submissions" to go to the Submissions Table. For more details about using the Submissions Table, see this article

Your method of accessing and monitoring submissions depends on your access level to the above methods. Both methods allow you to view and track submissions. Additionally, you can download the contents of a submission. To learn more about downloading submission contents, visit Downloading an Individual Submission.
