Bulk Imports for Faculty Exception Events
The Bulk Import feature replaces the time-consuming, manual process of adding individual exception events such as sabbaticals or medical leave to faculty timelines. Administrators can now use a single CSV file to add numerous events to multiple faculty timelines simultaneously. This includes past, present, and future exception events. A robust validation process checks the file for errors before importing any data. If any issues are found, users receive a detailed error report to guide corrections and re-upload.

Manage Faculty: Unassigned View
The Manage Faculty page now includes a dedicated Unassigned view. This new view makes it easy to quickly identify and assign career paths to faculty members who are not currently on a path. Using this feature helps ensure all faculty are on a Career Path and none are missed.

Enhancements
Keep All Faculty Timelines in Sync with Cascading Updates
This enhancement ensures consistency across all faculty timelines by automatically cascading updates made to a published Career Path.
Previously, changes to a published Career Path such as adding a new milestone or updating requirements were only applied to faculty assigned after the edit occurred, which resulted in different faculty members using different versions of the same path.
Now, any edits made to a published Career Path will automatically apply to every faculty member currently assigned to it. This ensures all faculty timelines are consistent, accurate, and always reflect the latest version, saving time and effort by removing the need to manually re-assign faculty to apply updates.
Rich Text Editor (Text Area)
Career Path Timelines now support Rich Text when editing Details & Requirements for events on the timeline.
