A Manage Faculty page showing filters for searching by faculty name, selecting an organization, and selecting a rank, along with an Apply option. An Unassigned Faculty section lists faculty entries with columns for faculty name, organization, rank, and hire date, each row including an option to assign a career path.

Key Components and Actions:

  • Search for faculty by name using the search bar.
  • Filter the table by Organization or Rank.
  • Initiate the existing Assign Career Path flow for any faculty member directly from the table.

Tip: If Rank or Organization details are missing for a faculty member, the table will display messaging to inform you of the missing details. This information is pulled from the user's Yearly and Permanent Data records.
