Users can publish their Program Reviews as fully functional websites, offering greater flexibility in managing, sharing, and editing content. This feature allows users to create multiple websites, customize content, and add password protection as needed.
In order to publish the report, navigate to your Program Review. Click Manage Websites in the top-right corner.
Enter a custom title and URL for the website.
Note: The URL must be alphanumeric; special characters are not allowed.
Select content to include in the website. Click Next.
Note: By default, all content will be selected.
Password Protection (Optional): Set a password if you want to restrict access.
If a password is chosen, users will see the message below when attempting to access the website.
To copy and share the website link, click the copy icon next to the title. This allows the user to copy the URL to the clipboard.
To Edit any of the website details, click Edit. Modifications that can be made include, editing the title, URL, and password protection settings.
Website View
Left Panel Navigation: The website will include a navigation panel with sections and categories.
Evidence Links: Users can click on evidence files to open them in a new tab.
File Downloads: Evidence files can be downloaded in CSV, PDF, or Word formats.
Program Review Plan Report: Generates an HTML report, which can be downloaded as a PDF.
