Prerequisites for Faculty Qualifications Report

For both approaches, the default setup is intended to support this information being administratively managed, with faculty having read-only access.

Checklist for Basic Approach

  • Faculty has a Yearly Data record for the current Academic Year
  • Data exists in the "Other Qualifications related to courses taught" field on the Permanent Data screen

Checklist for Course Level Approach

  • Faculty has a Yearly Data record for the current Academic Year
  • Scheduled Teaching records are up to date
  • Degree records exist
  • Degrees are linked in the Degree DSA located on the Teaching Qualifications screen

Faculty Qualifications Course Import Helper Report

To import initial Teaching Qualifications records, the attached template can be used as a guide for the required data. However, note that this template is only for new records and Institutions using the Course Level approach. Since this is not a standard data import, you will need to submit a General work request.
