To create an Assessment Project, follow the steps below:

- Navigate to Academics & Offices, select an organization, select Assessment Projects
- Select New Project and select your project settings
Project Details
Enter a Project Title
Project Description - this is a description is available to administrators only

Select Learning Outcomes
You have the option to select multiple learning outcomes to be assessed in the project, but you must select at least one
Scoring Details

Random Sampling
- This is the percentage of artifacts you would like randomly selected for evaluation

Evaluation Count
- The number of evaluators that should score a rubric for any given artifact
- Assessment Projects allows for multiple learning outcomes to be assessed with one or more rubrics.
- An Artifact can be scored using multiple rubrics
- An Evaluation refers to the scored rubric submitted by each evaluator
- Evaluation Count refers to the number of evaluators you would like assigned to submit a scored rubric for each artifact
- Assessment Projects allows for multiple learning outcomes to be assessed with one or more rubrics.
- The number of evaluators that should score a rubric for any given artifact
Evaluation Details

Anonymity
- Allows you to anonymize students in the evaluator artifact queue
- This setting does not redact or remove the student’s name from the artifact

Unscorable Submissions
- Allows evaluators to mark artifacts as unscorable

Instructor Check
- Prevents evaluators from being assigned to score their own students’ submissions

Outcome Assignment
- Allows you to indicate which evaluators are eligible to assess each learning outcome
- Select SAVE. Saving a project will direct you to the Project Overview page.
