Ability to Organize Rubrics in Folders
With this release, administrators can organize rubrics into folders and search for rubrics and folders by their title.
Attachments for Placement Management
Administrators will be able to attach files directly to placement, site, and mentor records, keeping all related information in one place. Updates include:
- An attachments section appears on every placement, site, and mentor record for anyone who can view that record.
- Administrators will be able to upload files to a record. Everyone with access to the record can view the attachments.
- The attachments list shows each file’s name, file type, upload date, and the name of the person who uploaded it.
- Any administrator will be able to delete any attachment, after confirming the deletion. Deleted attachments are permanently removed.
Distribution Tag for Sent Activities
Users can now see who received an activity without leaving the course section view. A new Audience field appears in activity details, below Hierarchy Node, and shows one of the following:
- Course/Section: Sent to students in a course or section
- Placement Label: Sent to students with a placement label
- Major: Sent to students in a major
Assessment Performance Report: Course Filter Includes Course Name Information
With this release, the Course filter now includes Course Name information along with the Course Code information. Users can also search based on both Course Code and Course Name through the list of options for the Course filter.
