Student Learning & Licensure Release Notes for June 02, 2026

Manage Placement Detail Tags

Admins can now manage Placement and Content Areas tags. This update offers more control, helping users organize placement data effectively.

Admins can add, edit, or remove tags on placements, ensuring only relevant tags are available. A new Tags sub-tab has been added to Placement Management, providing a single view of all existing tags along with their type (Content Area or Placement Detail) and current usage status (In Use / Not in Use).

The Placement Management dashboard showing the new Tags sub-tab interface. A data table displays columns for Tag Name, Type (Content Area or Placement Detail), and Status (In Use or Not in Use).

Users will be able to add a new tag using the Add New Tag button.

Edit Tags

Existing tags can be renamed via the overflow menu. Tag type remains editable as long as the tag has not yet been used on any placement or mentor record.

Delete Tags

Tags can be permanently deleted via the overflow menu. A confirmation prompt is displayed before deletion to prevent accidental removal. Deleting a tag with the status In Use will remove it from the associated placement or mentor record.

Archive & Unarchive Tags

Instead of permanently removing tags, admins can also archive tags they no longer need:

  • Archived tags are hidden from active tag selection in placements and mentor profiles.
  • All historical data associated with archived tags remains intact and accessible.
  • Toggle Archived Tags to "Show" to view and manage archived tags at any time.

You can use the Unarchive Tag option from the overflow menu to restore a tag to the active library.

Search & Filter

The Tags sub-tab includes:

  • A search bar to find tags by name.
  • A Tag Type filter (All / Content Area / Placement Detail).
  • A Status filter (All / In Use / Not in Use).
  • Sortable columns and pagination (10 tags per page).

Assessment Projects: Improvements to Anonymous Bulk Artifact Upload workflow

With this release workflow improvements have been made to the Anonymous Bulk Artifact Upload workflow in assessment projects to make it more inline with the introduced usage.

  • If each uploaded file needs to be evaluated as a separate artifact, you can simply upload a Zip file that includes all the artifact files.

The file upload interface for assessment projects, highlighting the section where users can drag and drop a compressed Zip archive containing individual artifact files.
  • An accompanying CSV file along with the Zip file is required to group more than 1 file from the Zip into a single artifact (a single artifact can have a maximum of 3 files).

The advanced bulk upload interface requiring both a Zip file for artifacts and an accompanying CSV file used to map and group multiple files into distinct single artifacts.

Assessment Projects: Improved help text for bulk artifact upload workflows

With this release, the bulk artifact upload workflow (Section Bulk Upload as well as Anonymous Bulk Upload) will include additional help text and notes to provide clearer guidance when bulk uploading artifacts.

An inline user interface help banner within the Section Bulk Upload screen, providing formatting reminders and strict requirements for structured file processing.
An additional help text block within the Anonymous Bulk Upload screen that guides users on file counts, volume limitations, and proper file mapping conventions.

Ability to close the standards/outcomes import failure banner

With this release, administrators will be able to close the import failure banner displayed under the Standards/Outcomes area of a hierarchy node.

The warning alert banner displayed under the Standards and Outcomes view, showing an actionable close icon 'X' on the far-right corner for banner dismissal.
