Refresh Submitted Reports in Reviews, Promotion & Tenure

Administrators can now refresh submitted reports for individual candidates to ensure they reflect the most current information available. Each refresh action requires a reason for change, which is logged in the audit trail for transparency. This enhancement gives administrators greater control and accuracy over submitted reports, supporting more reliable review processes in Faculty Success.

Managing Result and Exception Events

Faculty Career Pathways administrators now have greater control over Result and Exception events applied to faculty timelines. When an administrator adds one of these events to a faculty member’s timeline, the event retains the exact version from the library at that moment, meaning future edits to the library version will not automatically update events already in place. This change helps preserve historical accuracy for faculty records, prevents unintended modifications, and makes it easier for administrators to maintain consistent and reliable documentation within Faculty Success.
