Ability to bulk import standards/outcomes
With this release, administrators will be able to bulk create standards/outcomes using the standards/outcomes import.
NOTE: The import can only be used to create new standards/outcomes, but cannot be used to update existing standards.
Ability to archive standard/outcome sets
With this release, administrators can archive standard/outcome sets that are no longer to be used.
Archiving a standard/outcome set will make the standards/outcomes from the set unavailable to be added to rubrics, templates, or assessment projects.
Existing usage/alignments of standards/outcomes from archived standard/outcome sets in rubrics, templates, or assessment projects would remain unaffected.
Also, the archived standards/outcomes would continue to be available in reports and extracts.
Exporting program application results
Administrators can export program application results as CSV and PDF files to support reporting, committee review, and external data sharing.
Export options
From the Program Applications page, a user can export:
- Current view (CSV) – Exports the table exactly as it appears, including applied filters and visible columns.
- Applications (CSV / PDF) – Exports student application data.
- Evaluation data (CSV / PDF) – Exports only evaluation elements and results.
- Applications and evaluation data (CSV / PDF) – Exports a combined view of applications and related evaluations.
Admin can filter and select multiple students to bulk export individual PDFs (one per application) or comprehensive CSV files.

Strengthened Password Policy
We have updated the Student Learning & Licensure (SLL) password management policies for better security.
What changed
- Increased minimum password length requirement from 8 to 12 characters.
- Removed restrictive password composition rules that limited which characters could be used.
- Implemented checks to prevent use of weak or commonly breached passwords (e.g., “P@ssw0rd”).
- Added validation to ensure new passwords differ from the current password.
- Enabled user notifications when passwords are changed or reset.
Where this applies
The updated password rules and behaviors apply in the following areas:
- Password update after first time login.
- “Forgot Password” flow
- First‑time login “Reset Password” flow from the Profile page
- Classic Admin > Profile page password changes (Admin users)
- Password changes performed via Sudo access on a user’s Profile page
Updates to User Profile to improve clarity and data relevance
With this release the User Profile layout has been streamlined to improve clarity and data relevance.
Key Enhancements
- Simplified Navigation: The "Academic Details" heading has been removed. This eliminates confusion regarding data points such as ‘User Term Attributes’ that are not presently included in the profile view.
- Contextual Relevance and System Alignment: The interface now displays only relevant demographic fields. For SL&L institutions managing core data via System Administration, redundant fields like Major and Academic Program are not included in the user profile, as these attributes cannot be imported in System Administration.
