Assessment Projects: Ability to collect and assess artifacts without student or course association
Assessment coordinators and administrators using Student Learning & Licensure can now create assessment projects and collect artifacts without needing to associate them with students or courses.
By removing the requirement to link artifacts to student records, institutions gain greater flexibility in managing assessment projects for a wider range of use cases, streamlining workflows and expanding the platform’s applicability beyond traditional outcomes assessment.
Mentor Detail Updates
Mentor Site Assignments
To help avoid confusion when assigning mentors to sites with similar names in different districts, we replaced the Sites drop down with a new “Associate Sites” button and a detailed flyout that displays all partner sites with their districts, supports searching, filtering, and multi-select.
- Easily edit the sites by clicking the pencil icon button.
- Clicking delete button will unassign all sites.
Enhanced Mentor Data & Custom Notes
Admins can now record richer, more institution-specific information about mentors, making it easier to track what matters most for your programs.
- To support diverse institutional needs, we added additional large text notes fields (“Note” and “Contract Details”) and two checkboxes (“Alumni” and “Paid”) to mentor profiles, so admins can capture and review key details at a glance and streamline reporting.
Email Notification for Password Reset
Users will now receive email notification on resetting the password from the following locations:-
- Changing the password using the Forgot Password feature
- Changing the password using the Reset Password option from the Profile page
