To copy a Course Evaluations & Surveys Project, follow the steps outlined below.
How to Copy a Project
- On the top navigation, click on Surveys & Projects >> Projects.
- Find the desired project and click the Copy icon.
- A box will open showing the items that can be copied to the new project. The most common items to copy are selected by default.
- Courses is deselected by default. Select Courses if you wish to copy the same courses into the new project.
- Students Enrollments, Instructors Enrollments, and Teaching Assistants Enrollments are deselected by default. Select these options if you wish to copy enrollments along with the copied courses into the new project. Courses must be selected if you wish to copy enrollments.
- Deselect any other items that you do not wish to copy over into the new project.
- Enter a Title for the new project. The title will default to "Copy of [name of project being copied]" if you do not change the title before copying.
- Click Copy (you will receive a notification when the copy is complete).
- The new project will now appear on your Projects page.
- Once copied, update the survey start and end dates on the Properties tab, access dates on the Report Setup tab (if applicable), and sending dates for your communications on the Communications tab in the new project to match the timeframe of the new project.
