Within Response Rate Tracker Settings,
the CES Administrator can configure
account-level settings for the
Response Rate Tracker
feature.
ACCESS
To access the
Response Rate Tracker Settings,
navigate to: Account > Reporting (section)
> Response Rate Tracker Settings.
Display Response Rate Tracker
Choose whether Administrators and/or
Instructors
can view the response rate tracker for
projects
in which they have courses.
Respondent / Non-Respondent Download Files
Allow administrators and/or instructors
access
to respondent and non-respondent download
files for projects in which they have
courses.
Note: These files do
not
display who said what, but simply who
has
and has not submitted the course evaluation.
Additionally, setup a threshold for the
amount
of respondents that have submitted a
survey
for a course section before an administrator
and/or instructor can view the respondent
and non-respondent download files for
the
course.
NOTE
By default, you must have at least two respondents
to
display the Respondent/Non-Respondent Files for either
Administrators or Instructors. Selecting "1" as the
threshold,
will override the default setting and you will be
presented
with the messaging below, to confirm you want to
proceed.
Configure Fields in Columns
Choose which fields to display (or not
to
display) on the Response Rate Tracker
page.
Configure For Course Level Survey Dates
If you use course-level dates, select
to
exclude courses within a project where
surveys
haven't started.
Configure Path Name in Level
Allows you to include the full path for
CES
Administrators or Administrators for
individual
hierarchy levels.
