Saving and Exporting Student Learning & Licensure Reports

You can retain Standards and Rubric reports in Student Learning & Licensure for later use by either saving or exporting them.

Saving Reports

Saving a report retains the parameters used to build it, not the data itself. A saved report can be re-run at any time and will update with current data.

To save a report:

1. Build and run a report.

2. Click the Save Report button.

   

Exporting Reports

Once a report is generated, you can export it to a CSV or PDF file.

To export a report:

1. Build and run a report.

2. Click either the Export to PDF or Export to CSV button.
