In order to upload a video to Taskstream, the video must be 500 MB or less. If your video file is larger than 500 MB, it will need to be compressed to a smaller size outside of Taskstream. Please note that the time length of the video does not constitute the size of the file. The video resolution, or quality, is what impacts the overall size of the video file.
There are many free video compression programs available, but we have had success with Handbrake, linked below. Please note that because video compression and manipulation occur outside of our software, we are only able to provide limited support and do not endorse or support any specific video program.
