There are two types of screens in which to enter data in Faculty Success: static and dynamic.
Static screens collect data that are fixed and not likely to change, and for which you do not need to track any incremental modifications over time. You can only enter one record on a static screen. By default, there are two static screens in Faculty Success: Personal and Contact Information and Administrative Data-Permanent.
Dynamic screens collect activity data that will encompass multiple individual activities or data that you need to capture and report for a specific point in time. Faculty Success structures dynamic screens to track activity for a single record over time. While they enable a user to create multiple records, faculty should use this structure to capture data for each activity as a single record throughout its lifespan.
