Inquiry forms enhancements

Limit intended start terms that appear on the form

This enhancement extends the ability to restrict which terms appear on the inquiry form. This field now has the following abilities, which were previously available for program interest:

• "Only allow prospects to select one term."
  • If unchecked, prospective students can choose up to 5 terms to submit on a form
  • If checked, students must choose only one term to submit
    
    
• Select which terms will appear on the inquiry form
  • Only those terms selected will appear to students to choose from.
    
    This field will now function similarly to program interest.
    
    

     

Limit which departments appear on the form

This enhancement extends the ability to restrict which departments appear on the inquiry form. This field now has the following abilities, which were previously available for program interest:

• "Only allow prospects to select one Department."
  • If unchecked, prospective students can choose up to 5 departments to submit on a form
  • If checked, students must choose only one department to submit
• Select which departments will appear on the inquiry form
  • Only those departments selected will appear to students to choose from

This field will now function similarly to program interest.
