Product enhancement

CSV Prospect Import tool

Improved errors to troubleshoot data issues including missing fields, invalid true/false values, and invalid phone numbers

New messages letting user know which of their column headers are invalid or missing

If an uploaded list of prospects for import contains records with and some without errors, a more helpful message has been added.

Users must use the column header of addressTypeId

  • addressType will not be accepted
  • addressType was in the Addresses CSV template. This column header has been replaced in the new template.
  • Users of the prospect import tool should delete the old Addresses template and download the new one, titled AddressesNew, from the help center article Imports Administration - CSV File Prospects Upload

 

LMS Integration Admin pages

Additional searching on enrollment errors and course resolver errors pages by

  • Imported row text
  • Message text
  • Date

The enhancement also splits the first column containing aggregated data into 4 distinct columns

 

Filter Sharing

Clarified help text on sharing with an entire role

 

 

Defect resolution

Fixes an issue preventing users with the manager function from accessing submenus of Admin>Academic Planning

Fixes an issue preventing filtering on department interest, program interest, and intended start term within the “student information” category

Fixes an issue with LMS administrator role not having access to Courses Admin

The duplicate detection tool will no longer return matches on blank email addresses
