Include Draft and Scheduled placements in the Placement Data extract
With this release, New Placement Management institutes will now be able to access draft, scheduled, and published placement details through the Placement Data extracts.
To support this update, a new column, Placement Status, has been added after the Placement ID column in the Placement Data extract.
Additionally, for scheduled placements, two new columns: Schedule Date and Schedule Time have been introduced.
Additional Note-
- For DRAFT and SCHEDULED placements, the activity-related columns will appear blank.
- If no placement details are provided for any placement, the respective columns will remain blank.
LTI 1.3 (Deep Linking): Ability to bulk create and link LMS assignments to SL&L activities
With this release, we have added Deep Linking to SL&L’s existing LTI 1.3 capability.
Deep Linking builds on SL&L’s existing capabilities as an LTI Advantage Tool Provider, enabling administrators and course instructors to bulk create and link LMS assignments with SL&L activities in one seamless workflow.
This ability significantly reduces the time and effort spent by course admins and course instructors in setting up and linking LMS assignments to SL&L activities.
The table shared below provides a comparison of the existing activity linking workflow to the new Deep Linking workflow.
