    • If the user clicks the View All Results button, the user is directed to a search panel listing all of the relevant matching courses for the entered text.

NOTE: This feature only enables the user to search for courses from organizational nodes to which the user has access as a node admin. The results displayed would not include courses aligned with programs to which the user has access as a node admin.

Course Enrollments

This release introduces a new feature that allows the visibility of student course enrollment information. This improvement aims to provide students and administrators with a more comprehensive view of a student's academic journey.

  • A new "Course Enrollments" tab has been added to the users profile page, allowing users to easily access a complete list of courses a student has been enrolled in throughout their academic career.
    • The course enrollment list is now sorted chronologically, with the most recent terms displayed at the top for quick reference.
  • Users can filter the course enrollment list by term.
  • The ability to export the list of course enrollments to a CSV file has been added, allowing for easier data management and reporting.

Ability to choose time entry format for a log category

With this release administrators will be able to choose between the following time entry formats for each time log category:

  1. Time Block: If this time entry format is selected for a log category, when students use the log category to create time logs, they are presented with the option to enter time blocks i.e. time periods with a start time and an end time based on which the total hours for the time log get calculated.
  2. Total Hours: If this time entry format is selected for a log category, when students use the log category to create time logs, they are presented with the option to directly enter the total hours and minutes for the time log entry.

NOTE: The default time entry format for all existing log categories is set to Time Block.

The time entry format for a log category can be changed at any time. Any existing logs that have been created using a log category would get updated as follows if the time entry format for the used log category is changed:

  • If log entries have already been created using a log category and its entry format is changed from Time Block to Total Hours, the total hours calculated based on the added time blocks as part of an already created log entry will be included as the Total Hours for the entry.
  • If log entries have already been created using a log category and its entry format is changed from Total Hours to Time Block, the added hours will be listed as the total hours for the log entry and the start & end time fields would be set to blank for the already created entry.
