The toggle feature in the Course Evaluations & Surveys (CES) system enables users with multiple roles to switch seamlessly between roles, such as Administrator and Instructor, without the need to log out and log back in under a different role.
Important Note: To utilize this toggle feature, a user MUST have the same username across all their roles. If a user with multiple roles cannot switch between them, verify that the usernames are identical between each role.
To toggle roles, users can click on the role name displayed in the upper right corner of the CES interface. A down arrow will appear if the user is eligible to switch to another role.
