Reported Issue:
A staff initiated alert(s) is missing from the dashboard. It displays on the Student record, and I received an email message about the alert. In addition, there are other staff members that can see the alert on their dashboard.
Solution:
In most cases, the reason that a staff initiated alert is missing from the dashboard is because the target of the alert is no longer "on caseload".
If the student was registered in the past year and Caseload User Settings is set to include Current or Future students only, the student's alerts will no longer be included in the Caseload Activity Feed or on the Home Page Dashboard.
To fix this, go to User Settings and scroll to Caseload, then check to include "Continuing Students".
