Impact Task Action Plans
Action Plans allow you to define specific sets of tasks that need to be completed related to a student. This could be an on-boarding plan, or an academic intervention plan, for example. This allows staff to quickly and accurately create and track sets of impact tasks on students, increasing efficiency and ease of use.
Notify Others About Tasks
When creating a task, or adding a comment to a task, you may now choose to notify specific people by selecting them from a drop down list. This allows notifications to be sent to people who may not be directly assigned to the task.
Midterm Grade Alert
A midterm grade alert can be configured in the administrative tool. The system will examine the midterm grades for the chosen students and courses, and will create an alert if the grade falls within a set of grades of your choosing.
Student Course View
When a student logs into Aviso Engage, they are now able to see their courses. They are also able to navigate between different terms to see information about the courses they took during past terms.
Default Early Alert Coordinator Usability Improvement
Early alert coordinators can only receive early alert notifications if they have permission to access the alert. When configuring default early alert coordinators in the administrative tool, if a default early alert coordinator is configured who does not have access to early alerts (because of security role configuration), a warning will appear on the page. This allows you to have awareness of the configuration issue and address it accordingly.
