IPEDS Data within Administrative Screens

IPEDS Data can now be placed in the Administrative Area of SS&E. Institutions can take advantage of this by navigating to the Institution Area under the administrative screens.

An Institution page showing fields for General System Message Template, Institution IPEDS ID, Institution Carnegie Class, Institution Geographic Status, Institution Highest Level Offer, Institution Size, Institution Type, and State.

The Carnegie classifications page with details of Basic 2015, Enrollment Profile, size setting and information along with General information page with details of type, institutional size, student to faculty Ratio, Bureau of Economic Analysis region, Geographic status, Highest level of offer, and Historically Black, and Tribal.

After entering the requested data, click Save at the bottom of the Institution Screen in the Administrative area. This will allow our Data and Analytics team to initiate the usage of the information within your institutions Predictive Analytics.
