SS&E supports the automatic response to applicants using the Application Receipt Confirmation feature which is configurable in Application Receipt Confirmation Administration.
The Application Receipt Confirmation message will be automatically sent out as long as the date of the application is within the time frame set by the age threshold.
For example, if the Age Threshold is set to 24 hours, applications that are older than 24 hours will NOT receive an automatic response.
